It features a tall shapely backrest between gently curved wings and scrolled armrests with stylish individual studding. At the base are stylish cabriole legs to the front and gently sloping back legs. This gorgeous armchair is a great place to relax and dream of a bygone era thanks to its smooth deep seat cushion, tall back and padded arms; while the mahogany coloured wooden feet and deep buttoning add to the sumptuous feel. The finishing touch which makes this chair look fabulous is the antique finish of the leather upholstery, which is available in a range of stylish colours. The leather starts as the darker colour and is then hand rubbed to reveal the underlying lighter colour (click on one of the leather samples above to see this in detail). The rubbing is done strategically over the Chesterfield and the leather is then sealed to protect the appearance.
