Junior Drive

What does the activity include? You may choose from one of the following: Junior Ferrari - Welcome and briefing on safety anddriving techniques - 10 minutes learning driving techniques in a Mini Cooper - 10 minute demonstration session with an instructor in a BMW Alpina D3 - 10 minutes driving a Ferrari (usually a Ferrari 355 subject to availability) with an instructor - Presentation of individual driving certificate Junior Rally - Welcome and briefing on safety anddriving techniques - Introduction to Group N Rally Car - First driving session to understand gear changing brakes and steering on loose surfaces - Second driving session combining all aspects of driving on loose surface - Presentation of individual driving certificate Please note that the operator reserves the right to substitute any vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure. Where does the experience take place? Prestwold Hall in Leicestershire. What should I wear? Please wear casual clothing and dress appropriately for the weather conditions. We suggest a tracksuit or jeans with trainers or soft shoes. How long should I allow for this experience? Please allow approximately 2 hours at the venue for the whole experience. When does the activity take place? The experience operates on selected weekdays during the school holidays kindly note that all dates are subject to availability. We recommend you book at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability. Are there any restrictions? Minimum age 12 years. Maximum age 16 years. Minimum height 4’ 10’’. All children must be accompanied by a parent / guardian. All parent / guardians must remain on site during the period of the child’s activity and must sign an indemnity form on behalf of the child. What about the weather? If the course is cancelled due to weather conditions an alternative date will be offered to you. Can I bring spectators? Spectators are welcome. What else do I need to know? The operator reserves the right to substitute any vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure. Your voucher is valid for nine months from the date of issue. Personal accident & cancellation insurance are included. Kindly note that each centre has their own cancellation policy and fees. Some centres may not allow a booking to be cancelled or changed once it has been made. Please call us for further details.
